Week 16: 525,600 minutes!

2015 was certainly a great year, even though it went by in the blink of an eye. I finally graduated from eleventh grade and became a high school senior. Things have really changed a lot. I bought myself a truck, fixed it up, and started paying for insurance. My friends and I have been hanging out a lot more than we used to. I also loved the fact the Donald Trump started running for President. (I fully support him by the way.) I recently went to visit a great college in southern Illinois near St. Louis and found out that I had been accepted the day before we visited. It was the greatest day ever! (Besides visiting my dear old granddad in the hospital.(Long story, don't even get me started.)) So anyway, great year, can't wait for the next one!

Week 15: What's This?

Snow is amazing! It's really cool when little particles of frozen water fall from the sky and piles up into drifts five feet tall. Sure it gets freezing cold after a while, but there are so many things you could do with it. You could make a snow fort and fend off hordes of evil snowmen with snowballs. You could make an igloo and camp out like an Eskimo. You could go sledding down a steep hill and play 'Bowling for Friends'! Or when the snow makes a lake freeze over, you can go ice skating. Snowball fights with your friends and family are a lot of fun, too.

Week 14: My Secret Mission!

So yeah, it turns out I am an undercover operative for the MIB. My work week has been kinda hectic lately. Last week I had to hunt down an alien in Queens, New York. The week before that I actually went to another planet to be and ambassador for the human race to further peace talks. This week, I have been recruited to hunt down a parasitic spider-like alien that feeds on the blood of its hosts by latching on to their backs. The only way to kill it is to rip it off and stab it through the heart with a gold knife. It's last known location was a little country town in Illinois. So wish me luck while I go hunt this thing down.

Week 13: Turkey Massacre Day!

From the turkey's point of view:

Humans! Don't even get me started on humans! First they kill us, then they pull off all our feathers and stuff a bunch of bread and vegetables in us like a bunch of psychos, and then the throw us in a deep fryer. Like, are we dead enough yet? I think this year should be different! Turkeykind shall rise up and defy the humans! We will take back our freedom and return to the wild! Or, better yet, we could overthrow the humans and take control of their society in a turkey takeover! This year shall be the year we are finally free of humans!

Week 12: A new sport!

If I had the opportunity to create a new sport, I would create something similar to dodgeball mashed up with football. The players would be split up into two teams. One team would have a football and try to run it into the other team's goal zone. The other team would have a bunch of dodgeballs and would have to try to stop the other team from scoring by hitting the ball carrier (or multiple carriers) with a ball. There would be four quarters in the game, each lasting fifteen minutes. At the end of each quarter, teams switch roles.

Week 11: The eternal question!

The chicken crossed the road because... because... because... I really don't know. My highly developed brain is too logical for such questions. I end up over thinking things like this and then get extremely frustrated because I can't think of an answer that makes sense. Maybe there is no answer. Maybe the chicken crossed the road just because he wanted to. Or maybe the chicken crossed the road to visit the graves of all the dead chickens that crossed the road before him. But on another note, a better question would be, "Why did the cactus cross the road?" (It was stuck to the chicken's back.)

Week 10: Horror movie showdown!

Instead of having an organized, tiered fight, I would make it an all out brawl to the death. So far in the arena, Freddy Kruger took out a zombie and Jigsaw, before being crushed by a boulder thrown by Frankenstein's monster. After that, Dracula killed a ghost and drained the life out of three other random horror movie characters. So for the final fight we have Dracula, Freddy Kruger, and Godzilla. Dracula and Freddy decided to team up against Godzilla, since that was probably their best chance of survival. Freddy slices Godzilla's legs to ribbons and Dracula drinks his blood to become stronger. Godzilla falls and now its just Freddy and Dracula fighting to the death. Freddy wins by stabbing Dracula in the heart with his claws. All hail the champion of the horror movies!

Week 8: A six word story...

So Earnest Hemingway won a ten dollar bet with: For sale- baby shoes, never worn. Apparently his baby grew up really fast and turned into a proper adult in about 3 days. So this baby-faced, really immature hardly-an-adult thing goes on a strange adventure with Jesse, Stone, and Bob Saget. And Earnest Hemingway is just staring out the door as his man-baby goes on a crazy quest, in the batmobile, with two crazy dudes waving their arms out the windows and shouting, "Road trip, road trip, road trip!" So Earnest just puts up a sign in his front yard: For Sale: baby shoes, never worn.

Week 7: Horror stories >:D

He was walking down a dark hallway. The sounds of night were the only things to disturb the dead silence. Even though the silence was deafening, he could hear his worst nightmares coming to life. The moaning of the midnight wind. The pitter-patter of little feet on a tile floor. The hollow, haunting giggles coming from the end of the hall. As he walked on, he saw her, standing in the doorway at the end of the hall. She was wearing a red dress and had a teddy-bear clutched in her pale arms. As he came closer, he realized the red dress was actually soaked in blood.

Week 6: Tale as old as time...

(From Alladin's perspective.)

"Why does she have to sing so much?" Alladin asked, cringing at the terribly off-key voice coming from the next room. "Genie, I wish for a pair of earplugs."
"Coming right up Al." Genie waved his finger and two sets of earplugs appeared out of thin air, one for Alladin and one for himself. They both gratefully stuffed them into their ears.
"And why do I always have to deal with her crazy uncle Jafar?" Alladin ranted, "He's either trying to kill me, destroy something, or take over the world. That guy is a liability."
Not being able to hear him with his earplugs in, Genie just nodded to whatever Alladin said.
"Whatever," Alladin said with a sigh, "Just another few days..."

Alright, I better post this before I think it sounds stupid and delete it lol.

Week 5: Bob Saget...

If I could go on an adventure with Bob Saget, I would climb mount Everest with him. I would be climbing ahead of him so that I could throw snowballs back at him and hope he lost his grip and slipped off the mountain. If he managed to follow me to the top, I would say, "Hey! Look at that bird!" And while he was distracted, I would teleport back to my house and leave him on the top of the mountain. And then I would live happily ever after without having to see or hear of Boob Swaget ever again.

Week 4: Coming soon!

I'm really looking forward to seeing the new Jurassic World movie that came out a while ago. I was also dying to see the new Furious 7. Though, lately I haven't really found any books worth reading, which is kinda disappointing because I really like to read a good story. There was also a TV show that ended about seven years ago that I was really looking forward to watching again, but they cancelled the second season because there weren't enough viewers. It's been driving me nuts for years because there was a giant cliffhanger at the end of the last episode.

Week 3: Ask the Expert...

Well first off, this would literally be my worst nightmare! I absolutely despise public speaking. But if I had to be up in front of a crowd, about to talk about something, I would hope that it would be at a gamer convention with a bunch of nerds and Youtubers. So I suppose I would talk about video games, dragons, and some assorted nerd stuff. I would also include a very informative and comedic segment about how to be less of a nerd. That means ditching those suspenders, plaid shirts and coke-bottle glasses bros! But I'm also somewhat of an expert with art, so I guess I could also be at an art convention, discussing shapes and lines and colors and things.

Week 2: My own worst enemy...

I totally agree with you on this one. I make mistakes often, and almost every time, I beat myself up over them, even if nobody else has noticed them at all. I have a lot of flaws too, one of which being that I am really lazy. Also, I'm slightly pessimistic. One example would be that everyone seems to think that my artwork is great, but I think it looks like a two year old drew most of it. I also hate that I use most of my flaws as an excuse for most of my mistakes. Anyway, I'll learn from this and try to be better in the future.

Week 1: How's school?...

School is going great so far. I am glad to be back, though I feel like I could have used a few more weeks of vacation. My favorite class so far has to be Psychology, which I am definitely looking forward to. The teacher is cool and the work is actually pretty fun. My most challenging class this year will most likely be Spanish class, just because it's really hard to understand at times. I believe my easiest class this year will be P.E., even though its a huge class of like forty people. One of my special goals this year will be to finally apply for colleges and maybe a few scholarships. I have a feeling this year is going to be great!
